ok...so. My final project for 100 week is incomplete. I know, I know. This week has been crazy though! I promise it is something supa cool.

By the way-made the chicken fried tortilla things tonight. One of the teams that came down left tortilla shells and they were awesome and really easy to make! I didn't have the queso sauce to put on top but put cheese inside the "pockets." Thanks for the recipe!
